Today, 09/20/10, there were a total of 451 active Residential Property Listings in Whittier (up 11 from last week) - 400 Whittier Single Family Homes (+ 9) and 51 Whittier Condos (-2).
The lowest priced Whittier Home is listed at $199,000 ($270.01/sqft, 181 Days on Market), the highest priced Whittier Home is listed at $2,100,000 ($454.15/sqft, 31 Days on Market).

The lowest priced Whittier Condo is listed at $125,000 ($144.68sqft, 6 Days on Market), the highest Whittier Condo is listed at $470,000 ($334.04/sqft, 119 Days on Market).

In addition to the active listings, there are 116 Whittier Homes and 16 Whittier Condos in Back-up Offer Status, and 182 Whittier Homes and 21 Whittier Condos are Pending Sale.
Since last week's report (09/13/10), 13 properties have successfully closed Escrow - 12 Whittier Single Family Homes (ranging from $234,999 to $535,000) and 1 Whittier Condo ($190,000).
