And a cute couple they make too.
Vickie-Milo and Madeline are adorable. We ended up adopting a stray cat when we bought our last home. She sat on our back deck and waited for us go get home every day. In the evenings she would hop up on our laps when we were out on the deck. Needless to say, she won us over. A week later she gave birth to two kittens. We couldn't decide which one to give away and which one to keep, so 9 years later we have Bootsie, Duster and Silly. I hope that your community continues their success with finding these wonderful pets new families!
What a great thing for your local humane society to do. What a heart warming story to a grim situation.
Mel, thank you for sharing your story about your cat and kittens. I don't blame you, it would have been too dificult a decision as to which to keep and which to give away. Sounds like you made the best choice. ;)
Ruth, It is a great thing for our local humane society to do!
