Brother James * I re-set my goals in Sept for the # of properties under mgmt AND the $$$ amount I collect monthly. I concentrated on reducing expenses this spring and doing MORE outreach for clients and finding NEW ways to market rental units AND my services!!! My goals are being met so it is time to RAISE THE BAR!!!
