This month's newsletter has been distributed and posted to our website - HERE is the link.  Ginny has a nice summary of the WCR Yard Sale in which we raised over $1,600 for the chapter.  Mary Jarrell was the chair of the even this year and did a great job.

Shannon Carmean of Sergovic & Carmean wrote an excellent article on title defects and the risks of new owners declining to purchase title insurance or a survey due to the current economic distress.

And finally, we re-printed a very good article from the WSJ on the 10 reasons it's a good time to buy.
