If you or anyone you know is interested in the Anthem Ranch Community in Broomfield, feel free to get in touch with me. I can tour you through the model homes and view some of the resale houses in the neighborhood as well. Two of the models are the Arapahoe and the Eldora, pics below. And both of these are priced in the low $300,000's based on options and upgrades.
The Aspen Lodge is very impressive and is for the residents of the Anthem Ranch Community. I'll do a separate blog post with pics on the Aspen Lodge.
The age of the residents is 45 and higher. (10% of the community can be 45 and over)
As you can see from the pictures the houses are very nice and the community and neighborhood is well taken care of and beautiful.
