Recent Turmoil

The recent turmoil in the mortgage industry has proved to be an educational experience for all of us. I think that so many mortgage professionals have gotten used to order taking and have lost focus on what matters the most, the client. I am sure that you will see many collegues and alot of competition disapear in the upcoming months and years as the market corrects itself and goes back to the way it should of been all along. It is true that many people, including myself have made a tremendous amount of income in the now passed market. Its about time we weeded out the crooked of the bussiness and find comfort in the knowledge that someday soon, the mortgage professional will reach the same esteem as its colleages that have passed and retired in the business.
