Do you use a follow up system to keep in touch with past clients, Farm, or ?

The Send out Cards system is very easy to use once you go through the initial training. You need to be consistent like any type of follow-up. I am trying to put together a list of Campaigns that are effective. Below are a few I have collected. 

Post comment suggestions of follow up campaigns that have worked for you. 

1) New Client campaign thanking them for their business. I don't ask for referrals with this one.

2) Short Sale/Pre-Foreclosure campaign designed just to inform and educate people about the process. 

3) Referral Thank You/Gift campaign

4) Client Birthday campaign

5) Home purchase anniversary Campaign 

6) Just Sold campaign (small area mailing in neighborhood, Can be just a postcard)

7) Just Listed campaign ( great way to introduce a new listing to the neighbors)

8) Testimonial (great way to have the person you just sold their home for get referrals from their past neighbors) 

9) Nice to Meet You card

10) Monthly Personal/Business Updates campaign - to build trust with your Sphere

11) Request for Referrals campaign

12) Property Tax Campaign (a post card to inform people you provide comparable properties to help them lower property taxes)
