AR Referral Under Contract
Another Activerain referral goes under contract. 2944 Village Square Rd, Dover, Pa is under contract. This is yet another Activerain referral, and speaking of Activerain referrals, I received two referrals just this morning from the Activerain network.Who says that Activerain and blogging don't work! I have been singing in the rain since Oct of 2009, it has been roughly one year, in that time I have navigated my way through the blogging world, built myself a solid foundation of blogging colleagues, professional networks, consumers following my blogs, etc. All of this through Activerain participation and additional services such Raincamp, and Activerain University.
UNDER CONTRACT !!!
The work is paying off, I have already closed on other Activerain referrals, and will be closing on this particular one in the very near future, as well as hopefully acting on the two new referrals I just received. So I guess you could say that I am living proof that "working" in the rain works! My advice to all the Activerain newbies, be the turtle, keep at it, steady as she goes, it will pay off and when it Rains, it Pours....
