Cute Little Bungalow Staged - Automnal Inspiration

Exit Stage Right recently staged this cute little bungalow for sale. We were inspired by the coming autumn season, and chose colours accordingly. I also couldn't help myself - it has been a while since I've staged with my signature "Eiffel Tower". I did enjoy throwing in a little French flair.

The home was vacant, and feeling dull and uninspiring. By staging this home, we added warmth and character without overdoing it. Colours were pulled from the started point, the artwork above the fireplace. We also decided to paint the fireplace a slightly darker shade than the wall colour, to give the fireplace a little more importance. We used Benjamin Moore Rocky Road.

Cathy - That "classy" rug is from Home Depot Hardware store - $110!!! It sets a fun, young vibe which I love. This was a really manageable home to stage since it wasn't very big. Thanks!

Julie - Thanks, I really enjoyed working on this home. I think I was most pleased with how the fireplace turned out with the new paint colour. When I took this photo, the paint wasn't quite dry, so I know it will end up slightly darker, which is even better.

What a FABULOUS job Sally! I don't know which room I like best, because I love them all. The splash of colour in the foyer makes you want to see more of the home. I LOVE the dining chairs and bar stools. You have some gorgeous furniture and sure know how to put it all together. WOW!
