I found this today in the side yard of a house I'm in he process of listing.  I've been walking past this rosebush for months with nothing happening.  Suddenly today I noticed four large, pink roses in full bloom.

In spring, I sort of take rose bushes for granted, but as fall gets closer, they somehow become more speciall.

Lovely rose. . thanks for sharing it. I just read a post about having your camera with you at all times, you never know when the opportunity will come.

How unusual for the rose bush to be blooming now BUT incredibly beautiful nonetheless!  You always capture such amazing shots!

The fragance, the patience thru the weather, dog next door, kid with earphones that might by mistake harvest it early while in a hurry. The fragile, pretty, not man made items are the most precious, special. Like relationships.

Pat - I'm not much of a flower person, but I've always loved roses.  Beautiful picture!

Exquisitely beautiful!  I'm going to sit and here and stare at it while I wait for a call either denying or approving a loan---a little beauty goes a long way in relieving the stress of a crazy Friday afternoon.

What a wonderful picture to share!    Sometimes when we have a week of doom and gloom, sure nice to see a rose bloom pop off a page!
