Thanks to everyones votes, I did win the contest! What does this mean? Well, for one it means that more people voted me the best real estate agent in the Davenport, Iowa and surrounding area than anyone else. It also means that I have bragging rights for one year. Most importantly, to me, is that it will be a constant reminder of how hard I must work to continue to earn the respect and business that my clients have and will continue to give me. I am most grateful for this honor!

Congrats dad! I know I told you in person, but haven't quite had the time to tell ya here yet.

I don't think that there is a day that goes by that I don't hear someone mentioning that they either saw one of your signs, commercials, or heard someone talking about how well known you are.

I'm proud to call you dad, and tell everyone stories on how well you and mom raised me with your strong ethics, beliefs, and "never give up" attitude!
