The question is ,How are you using Active Rain to win more listings ? My time here in the Rain has completely revamped my Marketing Plan I present to Seller's ! With most print media not being cost effective(ROI), I was searching for a better way to expose listings to the market place ! Also considering the 2009 NAR Survey showed 61% of buyers last year were age 45 or younger, it was time to make some serous changes !
Now while competing for listings I demonstate what AR is. I show the number of active participants in my local market(vs. the actual number of agents). I explain that the points associated with each person's name reveal commitment to marketing exposure as well as daily discipline . If the sellers are considering another agent we search for that person(on AR). Folks there is no second place in a Listing Presentation !!!I point out that AR represents a successful broad marketing audience of over 192,000 enlightenedmembers to enlist in the sale of their home. I mention NAR's membership numbers vs. AR's numbers to point out that not everyone with a real estate license is on top of social media.
With the rest of this post I would like to address to questions:
1. What additional explanations of AR are you using with consumers ?
and
2. What AR driven marketing tools are you using to promote the actual listing ?
