Website HELP! We need an excellent Web Company to build our office's site

Who better to ask than the tech savvy Activerain community? We're looking to rebuild our entire site from the ground up. It's not SEO friendly the way it is.

We really want a company that can design and host a user friendly, IDX compatible, SEO friendly site. Any good recomendations out there? We need as much input as you can give us because there 10 million companies....
