Meadows Place was established in the late 1960's and incorporated in 1983 as the City of Meadows. Located 25 minutes from downtown Houston, 10 min from Sugar Land Town Center. Meadows Place is boarded by US Highway 59.

Meadows Elementary is located in Meadows Place and was rated exemplary by the State and they complete their public school education at Dulles Middle School and Dulles High School.
