Time to dust off the "Welcome" mats and get people back in the door!

Realtors have been telling me that there is a new energy in the air, but customers are still worried and rightly so. 

If your home has not been shown in weeks (or months), it certainly pays to take a hard look at where you are right now.  Does the home look inviting?  Honestly?! 

Have you prepared for seasonal change and brightened up the front entrance, stored away the beach gear and made sure anyone walking in the door is really enchanted by what they see?

Tired looking homes make for a bad impression that is difficult for most people to overlook.  Glum feeling spaces give off their own bummer energy.  Who would want to move in to that??  A realtor's job is complicated enough without having to tapdance around negativity!

Showcasing homes gets results.  Go for it.  You will be glad you did.  There are on-line directories of professionally educated showcasing professionals (a/k/a stagers ) who are ready and capable to assist.  Let's get this economy turned around by pricing right and gearing up for the future.  Buyers are waiting for our lead!!
