Oodle has decided to harness the marketing energy of social media by creating it's Facebook Marketplace, where real estate professionals as well as vendors of all sorts can showcase their wares for their online community.  There are more than 15 million monthly users that have signed up for Oodle Marketplace and Facebook Marketplace.  Don't you think it's time you showcase your listings on Facebook?

Facebook Marketplace allows Realtors to create professional listings to showcase on Facebook.

Create a listing ad - All you have to do is to login to your Facebook account and go to the Facebook Marketplace app.  Click on the Post a Listing button at the upper right hand corner of the page, follow the easy steps and the ad will automatically be generated and activated.  You can add photos, a description and even post it to your wall if you'd like.

Create a Listings tab on your profile - After you have created your listing ads, you can create a Listings tab on your profile by clicking on the "+" tab at the top of your profile.  If you decide to be a Marketplace Pro, you can add this tab to your professional Facebook page.  All your listings will then be visible when visitors click on the Listings tab.

Add a Marketplace Bookmark to your Facebook home page - If you want to bookmark Facebook Marketplace for easy reference, all you have to do after you are logged into your Facebook account is to go to the Marketplace, click on the "Add Bookmark" button (located near the "Search" button) and follow the steps.  It will then be added to your apps section on your home page.
