Need Restaurant lender with Restaurant being anchor for strip mall

Hello activerainers, I was so fast in writing my last post that I forgot to add another item in lending I need to accomplish. I have a major restaurant that also wants to purchase the strip mall located in mid-Wisconsin. So the emphasis has to be on two parts: financing for the restaurants ( I have all the proformas, projections, P & L statements, mission statements and more.
