Strong High Rise LV Sales in July 07 is Just the beginning.

A fellow colleague of mine sent me an amazing piece of information through e-mail yesterday that stated there were 323 High/Mid rise Condo sales in the month of July. This is an amazing thing we are seeing because we are still in the pre construction phases in so many more developments and the market is growing in terms of strength and Uniqueness that is truly making Las Vegas one of the United States most desired destination as well as residency for people around world and Country. I have included in this post today another colleague of mine who was on a the #1 local cable News explaining how the High/Mid rise Condo market is extremley strong and growing vigorously. Please pay attention and take a step back if your an investor or vacation home buyer and see the potential of this opportunity that is before us today. Don't be fooled by the mainstream medias BS about a horrible Real Estate Market because the truth of the matter is it's Location, Location, Location! This is not a trend it's going to become a lifestyle that will transform this desert into something that might look like a city that would have all the most extravagant buildings from Dubi, New York, Miami, Panama, and structures that haven't been built before.
