SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
Coming up October 2nd is the San Juan Capistrano 10K Trail Run, Ridge Walk and Mountain Bicycle Poker Ride. The exciting event will include prizes for the winners and meal deals for all participants. The fun-filled event takes place at the Las Ramblas trailhead at the east end of Camino Las Ramblas off the I-5. The Saturday event kicks off with the 10K Trail Run, which is followed by a self-directed Ridge Walk in our local hills. The family fun event will end with the first-time Mountain Bicycle Poker Run. The 10K Run begins at 7:00 a.m.; the Ridge Walk trails open at 8:30 a.m. and the Mountain Bike Poker Ride starts at 11:00 a.m. All participants and volunteers will receive a 2-for-1 meal discount card at San Juan Hills Golf Club. The male and female winner of the 10K will each receive two free meals or two rounds of golf. The second and third place winners will win two free meals.
