We Should Remember To Say Thank You Because It Does Feel Good
We received a very nice e-mail today from a client. We share this letter, not to boast but to let you all know that real estate is a worthwhile career.
Yes, it is long hours and although people watching us who are not in the business, may think it is easy work, we know it isn't. At times it can be frustrating, very stressful, even heartbreaking. It can be very costly and those long hard hours can sometimes result in being unpaid hours.
Then, there are times like this, when a client takes the time to thank you and appreciate that you had their best interest in mind, over your own, and suddenly it doesn't matter how frustrated or stressed you sometimes are, it doesn't matter the number of hours you worked for nothing, it just doesn't matter, because someone realized what you are all about, and why you are in this business of real estate.
So pat yourself on the back guys, you deserve it. People do care that we care, its just that sometimes they tell us, and sometimes they don't. Always remember, there are other people out there like the Ferroni's, and they may be the client you are working with right now!

RE: 21 FAIRHILL Avenue
Dear Al and Peggy,
How do we ever thank you for helping us sell our home, and also so fast? Well “thank you so very much from our hearts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When we hired you Al & Peggy to help us sell our house. You two came into our home, told us straight what we had to do to sell, but more importantly, you both showed heart and compassion. I was very nervous doing this, and you totally understood my fear and hesitation. You made this whole transition very smooth and workable.
Whenever we had questions, you were quick to answer them. Whenever I called, which was many times, you always welcomed my questions, and answered them with so much kindness.
Thank you for selling our home so quickly and so professionally. We will never forget you, and no matter where we live, and I need a Real Estate Broker, it is “Al & Peggy Cunningham of Remax/Team Cunningham”.
We are honored to have met and have dealt with you both. I am glad to have gone with my gut instincts. Please never forget how special you both are, with hearts filled with kindness and willing to help. We will never forget you both. Thank you once again.
Yours truly,The “Ferroni” Family
