Welcome to our Greater Whittier Area Real Estate Blog. Today it is time for our weekly Glendora Short Sale and Foreclosure Report.
Based on the numbers we ran yesterday, 09/23/2010, there were a total of 175 active Residential Property Listings in Glendora. Of those 175 active listings, 21% were Glendora Short Sale Listings and 7% were Glendora Foreclosure Listings (Bank Owned Properties, REO = Real Estate Owned).
In order to get a better understanding of where the problem areas are in Glendora with regards to Foreclosures, we have compiled information by price range to see the distribution of Standard Sales versus Short Sales and Foreclosures.

Since September 1, 23 properties have successfully closed Escrow. Of those 23 properties, 3 were Glendora Short Sale properties, 2 were Glendora Bank Owned Homes (REOs), 20 were Standard Sales:
