Endre - No it did not sell. I wrote a new post, not referencing this property but an Open House I had today, that I had not ONE buyer come by. I had an agent come by but no buyer. I closed early hence my new blog. I felt like one of those AR rainers that had something that happened to them on a particular day and I turned it into a blog.
