The 2010 State Fair of Texas opened and runs through October 17. FANTASTIC!!! I've heard lots of Tall Tales and GOOD THINGS about the Ferris wheel, cars, livestock, gardens, creative arts to live entertainment - both on stage & throughout the park, the fair has something for everyone. Of course, I'm sure you've seen the ads on TV about the favorite part the FOOD. Texas Fried Frito Pie is here, is what I hear!
