question for you

Ok, so I have been blessed with 3 sales the last 7 days.  Is it right to start telling about them, because what happens if something falls through?  2 are brand new homeowners, and one has owned before.  All three had nothing to sell which helped them in negotiating great deals. I already know the first home is through inspections, and the lender has all the documents and it is submitted.  The second one we are waiting for the paperwork back from a bank because it was a foreclosure.  The third one, we have to schedule inspections still.  All three buyers got a great buy at 10% below the real estate market right now.  All three of them are happy so far. Does that sound good? Would you like to find a home atleast 10% below the Grand Rapids market right now?  Contact Ethan Dozeman at Ethan@DreamHomeDozeman.com and you will be pleased!!!
