Rock sculpture at Cardiff State Beach in Cardiff CA The Cardiff Surf Classic and Green Beach Fair, an annual event being hosted by the Cardiff 101 Mainstreet Association, will be held next weekend, October 2 and 3, in Cardiff CA.

The Green Beach Fair is focused on educatiing consumes about living a more sunstainable lifestyle, offering a host of options for improving how GREEN your home, and lifestyle can be.

Cardiff Surf Classic and Green Beach Fair is being held at the Seaside Reef beach [Cardiff State Beach] (1 mile south of Cardiff on teh Coast Road), offering surfing contests for all ages, plenty of healthy food, eco-friendly products for homes, beach & garden, an art village for the kids, a slient auction, and a pancake breakfast (hmm, wonder how healthy that is?!) hosted by the Cardiff Fire Department from 8 until 10 am both mornings.

What a great opportunity to enjoy the beach and surfing, learn more about becoming green (or greener), and have some terrific food.
