Hi Jon!  I recently had a buyer walk on a short sale--JUST before the approval was in-hand--and it had taken a relatively short period of time to get the approval.  As it happens, we found another buyer fairly quickly and this buyer and his agent have been a DREAM to work with.  Closing is scheduled for the first of October and it's almost a blessing that the others walked--we got more $$ and the process has been super smooth with this new buyer.

I hope how quickly you get another buyer and that it will be a wonderful transaction from here forward.  This certainly is a gorgeous building and at $80K, it HAS to be a great deal--AND being in the best school zone, you just can't pass this one up!

Jon, this sounds like a great deal for the right buyer - having the best schools is a very powerful drawing card for a family who are limited in their purchase price. I believe you will get another buyer very soon at this price and location. Keep us posted :)
