Two weeks in - and havin a ball!

Hey everyone,

So it's been two weeks of tweeting and meeting! I have to say, I've met some great people, agents who 'get it'... I'm excited to share my tips and help agents! That's the key to me - what's going to wake me up in the morning... knowing that I'm helping :) Sounds cheezy I know... but it's true..

I'm also upgrading my account here today - there's so much valuable information on here, and for the record, I think everyone's awesome :)

Here's some coolness - this week I met with one of the guys from MyRealPage - a website service for Realtors. There are AWESOME! MyRealPage.com - they have a mobile version (or app... you can choose) that offers their clients full mls/gps searching... So you guys know, even if you don't want a MyRealPage website, you're still able to purchase their app. AWESOME! Get more clients to your website - cause you're offering innovative and totally useful information.

Pretty much what it's about here folks.

And no.. this is not a paid advertisement!! Lol. Just some useful tidbits of information to share!

good for you, glad you are enjoying the AR community and getting lots out of it.

Have not looked at my real page, we are using Point 2 Agent since 2006, with mixed results, but we are getting better results since we have combined it with the AR outside blog

Thanks for commenting :) I too am a HUGE fan of Point2Agent - their syndication software is the best out there from what I've seen.. no competition really...

MyRealPage has some interesting things on the go - mobile technology that allows your buyers to view reciprocity listings via gps tracking.. they can drive and search basically.. really cool.

What's great about both of these companies? You don't necessarily have to have a Point2 website to take advantage of their syndication software- and the same goes with MyRealPage and their mobile technology - you can purchase either's feature on its own... Both are around $30 per month each to use ..I love them both! If I was still selling Real Estate, I'd pick 1 (either Point2 or MyRealPage) and add the additional feature of the other... (hoping that makes sense). It adds up to about $80/month...but if you get ONE listing a year because you've impressed your client with your innovative marketing and tech savvy skills- then it's totally worth it!

That's my story and I'm stickin to it

It may be also worth noting that if you subscribe to myRealPage listing service, in addition to getting mobile MLS search, you will be able to embed automatic listings and MLS search into your Point2 website: no double scrollbars, framing, etc; a good example of this in action is here: http://www.myabbotsford.com/Search_The_MLS/page_1923640.html
