Shameless Self Promotion

If you're looking for a buyer's agent in Victoria, hire me!  I know, blogging is supposed to be promotion in disguise.  But today I thought I might bring it up in case anyone is wondering why they might want to hire me as their agent.

Some reasons might include the multi year MLS awards I've won, or that I'm an ABR®, (Accredited Buyers Representative - rare around these parts), or that I carry a Broker's level license - not just a salesperson's license.  Other reasons might be that I look at property constantly - with and without clients.  I know my marketplace, I know my city and I know my business.  These are all good reasons to hire an agent, but I think the best reason is simple:

I actually care about doing the right deal for the right reasons. I care about my reputation, ethics and standing in the eyes of my family. I care about having clients 4 years and 8 years after they buy something with me, which is why I have them.  If the right deal is no deal then I am more than happy to do it.  I do actually care.  Corny, yes, but often simple truths are.
