Royal Club
For many years, the one type of neighborhood that was missing in the Daytona Beach area was one that offered a maintenance-free lifestyle. In 2003 that changed.

We now have resort living in the gated,  Winston-James development, The Villages of Royal Palm located on Williamson Blvd. in Port Orange, just minutes from Daytona Beach. This community has the most spectacular clubhouse I've ever seen and the location is unbeatable, with close proximity to shopping, I-4 and I-95. 

Every time I'm in this spectacular community I see residents walking their dogs, playing tennis, cycling and visiting with their neighbors. And they always offer a the clubhouse in royal palm in port orange flfriendly wave and a smile.

 

 

This is just one of many desirable communities in Daytona Beach and Port Orange. A couple of others are the Hunt Club and Steeplechase in Countryside.

Kim- I just did a market analysis for someone there. The range at the moment is from $260,000 to $450,000. There are both duplexes and single family homes in the community. Thanks for asking =)

Gated communities are well kept and clean. Besides, how many places in each are have a hunt club and a steeplechase.  lol  We have one of each named in Cherry Hill, NJ.  In any case, looks nice.

Lisa - for a gated community, those prices sound very reasonable!  I agree with Jeff, they are usually well kept and clean!

Kim- Everything in there was over $400,000 last year. Of course, those were the builder's prices but that's still a buy reduction in some of the prices. A buyer could get a great deal right now!
