Real Estate Market Report - 2008/2009/2010 Comparisons for Fort Worth, TX Zip Code - 76109
An ActiveRain networking friend of mine is a real estate broker in Loudoun County Virginia (bet you AR junkies can guess who I'm referring to - duh!) and she recently did a Market Report that focused more on volume than prices. I thought this report was particularly instructive of and insightful about how the current real estate market has taken shape. Please check out the following stats and see if you think so too!
FYI: This zip code/neighborhood is basically all around Texas Christian University (TCU) in the near southwest side of Fort Worth.

- Average price - $305,332
OBTW: I went back 1 year from yesterday (9/24/10) for 2010 figures, one year before that for 2009, and so on.
