~ A Happy Ending ~
I just closed on a cute little condo for an adorable young couple. When we were out looking, they wanted to open up their options and look at some one bedroom units, as well as the 2 bedroom units we had been viewing. Since their budget was limited, it would certainly give them a few more options, but could potentially limit their growth as a family in the future.
The unit they ultimately fell in love with was really only a one bedroom until, but had a large loft that could be a multi-purpose room, man-cave, family room, etc. The rest of the unit was just perfect for them. The inspection was clean. The closing went flawlessly.
After the closing, I brought up referrals, again. I usually do this at least 3 times throughout the procedure. And their comment was wonderful. They said they would absolutely be happy to refer my services to their family, friends and co-workers. They, however, may have to move a little sooner than they were planning. She had just found out she was pregnant! They are now glad that they have the additional space in the loft area. So, now, they are not only excited about moving into their new place, but they have the excitement of a new little one on the way! Life can be so unpredictable! I'm glad this was a happy ending!
