Inventory is high, interest rates are low. A great time to be a buyer! People are still moving to Paradise and investors are dipping a toe in too. Second home buyers are becoming active again. Another agent and I were talking tonight and agreed we are seeing more traffic than we have in some time. It is too early to call it a trend, but there are buyers. Buyers will consider your home IF it is priced right, in good condition, and marketed properly.
