You've heard of the elevator speech? Whatever you can tell somebody you've just met and who asks you "what do you do" in an elevator before, - ding - the door opens and your potential client exits.
Here's my elevator speech:
"I am a Realtor® who can list your home in whatever WA city you live and after about 10 days your home will appear among the first 3 pages on Google™ for the search "your-city home listings". There's a good chance it will appear on page 1. Why is this important? Because the more people know that your home's for sale the greater the chance you'll have a buyer."
If my elevator guest gets interested I take him to a coffee shop I show him the proof that the FSBOW™ method works and how it works for my clients. FSBOW™ stands for For-Sale-By-Optimized-Web™. Let's look at my current Woodinville listing: For the Google search Woodinville home listings this page on my main website GNAde.com ranks #1 on page 1 (organic results) and, my Woodinville listing I sold last year follows in the #2 spot.
A bit further down, past two homegain.com listings, in 5th place is my new website "ListMyWoodinvilleHome.com" which I created and uploaded on August 16. The results you see here on page 1 of Google were for real on August 25.
All things being equal, why would you list your home with anyone else? I ask.
