Short term rental? Maybe a staged property?
Hello all. I have a client in town for a one month internship and needs a furnished place to be for one month. She is thinking $500-$600 and could work around a place that is on the market. If any seller out there with a staged home could use an extra few hundred bucks let me know. She is a med school resident and needs to be near Denver Health so Capitol Hill, Golden Triangle, even Baker. She is very responsible and it would save her quite a bit in car rental fees. Come on AR network help us out!
