Every evening for years my wife Khris and I tune in to the nightly sunset from our back porch. The horizon at our place is about 5 miles, so the sunsets can be really a joy at times. This evening there was a touch of fall in the air, and when I hit the zoom on the camera this cloud almost resembled Old Man Winter blowing up a cold front...could this be a sign of a cold winter to come.
It does look like Old Man Winter blowing in the cold air. Really neat shot!!
Oh wow! It does! Great eye, Trey! I hope you're wrong. I like a little cold but not a REAL winter. :OD
I'd like to enjoy the fall season first... then I'm ready for spring. lol
Kevin....I sure could use just a few days of cold after this summer
Pat ...Nature sure is amazing....better than television!
Trey - What a delightful way for you and your wife to end the day! The cloud scene you captured in this photo is amazing. One can only imagine the power within those thunderheads. I hope you have a great week!
Trey - That is one of the glories of heaven that someday we shall be experiencing but not from a distance. Great shot
Beautiful photos...I love photographing clouds...There is something mysterious about them that makes them especially interesting.
