Sarasota Housing Fair Coming!!!

There is a FREE Housing Fair coming to Sarasota! There will be lenders, Realtors, non-profit groups and developers all in one central location for the public to gather information!!!

This will be happening on two days as follows:

South Sarasota County Housing Fair  will be Saturday, September 15th

Where? Sandra Simms Terry Community Center on 509 Collins Rd in Laurel

Time? 10 am to 3 pm

 

North Sarasota County Housing Fair will be Saturday, October 6th

Where? Sudakoff Center at New College on 5800 Bay Shore Rd in Sarasota

Time? 10 am to 3 pm

 

9am to 2 pm: 5 hour homebuyer education workshop. This class is required to qualify for many of the homeloans that are offered! to register call 941-379-5252.

10:15: Working with a realtor

11:15: Government Assistance Programs

12:15: Understanding Loans: How to Avoid Problems

1:15: Homeowners Insurance: Managing the Cost

2:15: Tips for Buying in this Market

Cyndee- I have a couple of first time homeowners that I am sending to this fair - I think it is great that the state and the various counties offer assistance!!!
