New Rules make Short Sales Easier & Much Better for Homeowners!
We get it. There are millions of home owners who can not continue the madness of trying to keep up a huge house payment while their income is either gone or greatly reduced due to this economy. So what do you do?
Some have just walked away & let the banks foreclose. This is usually not a good plan & can hurt you financially or credit wise in the future for 5 or more years. That's a long time to pay for getting out the easy way.
Then there is winning the lottery, right. Oh well we can dream can't we?
