This Week In Hoboken Real Estate: Sept 20-27

Another quiet weeknd for open houses. There just weren't that many of them realtive to the amount of inventory. The weather was too good but how would anyone know that a week when the publishing deadline is a week in advance.

Reading the tea leaves. Only 33 contracts for the first four weeks of September. Sellers should be reducing now.

How is the overall Hoboken Real Estate Market? 654 condos sold in 2009. 574 sold in the first 9 months. I am confident that even with a slow down, more condos will be sold this year.

The September report will be out in preliminary form next week to my clients.
