  • PowerPoint presentation

It has been very effective for me, especially at Open Houses and as the first email contact with new users who register on my website

Karen, What do you put in this guide?  I have a guide I hand out after closing.  Its especially handy for relo's ith area information, service providers, etc.

Karen:  I would like an emailed copy if you don't mind.  I think it's a great idea and I was thinking about putting something together too, after a bad experience with a customer by not having a Buyer's Agreement.  I've been trying to find a way to gracefully talk to buyer's about buyer's agency without putting them off at the very start.  I like the picture on the front of your book.

Good post. I hand out a home buyer's handbook when I meet them for first time.

I have a bunch in the trunk of my car ready to go.  I also have electronic versions.  Its a great way to break the ice and convert to an appointment.

Good idea on converting it to PDF and email it. This would save on paper and give a good reason to an email address.

Karen-I would be interested in seeing your home buyers guide. I'm trying to put something together specifically for first time buyers. The REBAC site has some samples, but nothing that can be downloaded as a complete pdf.

I got your pdf copy of the real estate buyer's guide. Nice work! I'm in the process of putting something together to help buyers. Our markets are different, but most of the information you included is universal. Thank you for being generous enough to share information.

I think that is an excellent idea. A Home buyer's guide could prove to be a valuable tool for first time home buyers.

What medium do you find works best? I have a CD - to me it shows them I am a professional and this is an item of value. Email feels frebie. Bound feels like a waste of paper and not eco friendly.
