What Are Some of the Best Single Family Residence Home Mortgages Available Out There?

Always wanting to provide the best rate information to my clients to help them buy a home, I ask what are some of the best single family residence home mortgages available out there? I will start off with one to get us going.

Acorn Housing loans are national and available right now for 5.75% and 6% depending on the amount of LTV. There are some restrictions on income but it is the best one I have found in my area of Lawrence Kansas real estate and Eudora Kansas real estate. It is available in zero down, 3% down and conventional 80:20 LTV rates.

Please remember to mention what area of the country you are in when you mention your loan, if there are restrictions, and whether it is available nationally. As rates change please add another comment with the new rate so this blog becomes kind of a historical record of what rates were when.
