The Arbors is located close to the Culinary Institute of America and Marist College. This complex has been home to many couples moving here to attend the Culinary Institute.
Route 9 and the Metro-North train are both close by which also makes this an ideal commuting location to New York City.
Since this is historic Hyde Park there are many historic locations nearby such as the FDR library and mansion (Springwood), and Val-kill, Eleanor Roosevelt's home.
There are also many opportunities for outdoor recreation and cultural activities.
These units are also affordable. Right now there are 9 units for sale ranging from $79,900 to $144,500. Over the last 9 months there were 4 sales ranging from $75,000- 144,500. My observation is that the units sold early in the year fetched a higher price.
So, if you are looking for affordable housing without having to maintain a yard The Arbors in Hyde Park is worth a look.
