Thanks for your reply.  I think you are right - it's all about price (and location).

I have a house here on Choctawhatchee Bay - 100 ft on the water - boat dock, slip, 2 sun decks, nice house, garage, trees, etc., that's be dropped to $800,000.

 Now that the price is correct, and the location is wonderful, it's getting a lot of attention.  You may want to look at it on my website, www.rmonk.com

In fact, Mrs. Myrick, I may be able to leave you a picture of that bay front home right here!  You may have a buyer!  This home is priced $190,000 less than the vacant lot next door, just put things in perspective!!
