My Probate Real Estate business has been very good to me over my 23 years of buying and selling Probates. As a Probate Agent the niche helped me still earn Six Figures over the last 3+ years when the market tanked. My Team is Top 50 Rated in Alameda County and Probate Homes is the reason.
I'm moving more to the training side now as I turn over my business to my team and I will be training agents and investors on how to do what I have been doing. This is for California or out of State based agents and investors. I have Probate students in just about every State in the Country plus Canada and the UK. I have flown under the radar the last 23 years with my system available online but without any marketing. It was pretty much word of mouth as I was too busy buying and selling.
After 36 years of total real estate sales I'm switching gears, slowing down and just going to teach others what I have learned over 23 years of doing Probate Real Estate. I have been interviewed by major newspapers, many radio shows and a feature speaker at several real estate conventions and clubs over the last 20 years but never really marketed what I do.

I don't know how much easier I can make all this. Many of you have come aboard but I'm amazed more haven't taken advantage.
