Recently I had a buyer client back out of a transaction because of inspections.  He was unhappy with the condition of the property. It was income producing property & had a great cash flow.  As I was preparing the get out of contract papers I called him & asked him to consider with the new info what he would pay for the property.  He came back the next day with a new price.  I Went back to seller- she dropped a bit,  He came up a bit when I pointed out savings he would make in another way ( showed the Value) and Boom back in contract. Never give up on a property until they have signed the release. How are you handling your  un motivated buyer clients?

I liked your post. We spend way to much time, money and energy to get clients, help them find the property, and write an offer to let them walk away. I think good agents are the ones that can find out what the problems are and then find a way to resolve them.

Good Job

Quite often, an unfavorable home inspection is usually a reason to renegotiate. To establish a new accepted offer price as a result is not that uncommon.
