78 new listings
35 sales pendings
36 listings sold

Prices on sold properties ranged from $57,750 to $475,000.
Sales to list price percentage ranged from 79% to 101%.
Days on market for sold properties ranged from 4 to 740 days.

There are currently 650 foreclosures for sale in Snohomish County with 506 of those being single family homes. Prices for currently listed properties range from $15,000 for a manufactured home in Lynnwood to $2.15 million for a custom built Tuscan villa on the shores of Puget Sound.

This past week brought a few more new listings than normal but a very large increase in the number of sold properties - 26 more then the week prior. While more activity can be a good sign, it also can mean more multiple offer situations. I wrote offers to purchase on four different Snohomish County foreclosures last week and lost all of them due to multiple offers.
