So have you found out your clients problems yet? If you haven't you need to read my last post on Man I got Problems...Can You Help? you need to go read it right now. If you have read it and done the research then read on...

After you have complied the problems your client has, you need to select the top 3 problems that YOU can solve. This is the begining of a great USP.

This is so goo you are going to WANT to go out and attend networking events just to show off your new USP!

Are you ready? Just fill in the blanks...

"Hi my name is __________________ with _______________ realty. I work with ___________________ who are CONCERNED about _____________________________. I also work with ________________________ who are STRUGGLING  with __________________________ and ANXIOUS about ______________________________.

By using the message in this way you eliminate price and focus on the pain. Remember Tony Robbins said people make decisions to either AVOID pain or GAIN pleasure and that is it!

Test it out, play with it, re-arrange the sentences, but above all just do it!

OPPORTUNIY: When preperation meets luck.

To Your Success!

This is nice in that it is short and to the point....USPs are critical to our business.  Just make them flow as a natural extension of you is most critical.
