One should always search the company before contacting them. If they did, they may find lists of complaints on Blog sites, and save themselves a bundle.
We would be doing the public a valuable service if every Real Estate Agent, Inspector, Lender, and Appraiser would list this information on their Web Site.
Beware of contacting debt counselors from Internet ads listed on Internet searches. In most cases they charge enormous sums of money and produce little help. Stick with those on the local HUD site.
