Where is Milton Landing?

If you are looking for property for sale in the Milton Landing, you should also know that there is a project being slated for development around the corner. 

It is down in the area where the Baker Chocolate Factory is.

The name of the project is The Residences at Milton Village.

The site of the property will be on what is now the parking lot in front of Extra Space Storage in Milton on Adams Street. 

The proposal is to create residential 21 units.  From the frontal elevation shot that the architect created it looks as though it will be about 5 stories and will be on grade with Adams Street. From the rendering, it also looks like the property will have some retail space on the 1st floor. Just from looking at a rendering it also appears that there will be some restaraunt space available as well.

Directions to The Residences at Milton Landing

From Rte 3/93 Southbound (Southeast Expressway):
Take Exit 10/Squantum Street. Follow the ramp to the right, through the yield sign to the stop sign, turn right on Adams Street. Proceed straight over the hill approximately two miles into Milton Village. Turn right on Wharf Street.

From Rte 3/93 Northbound:
Take Exit 9/Adams Street. Pass through the light and make the first possible left across the bridge. Bear right on Adams Street. Proceed straight over the hill approximately two miles into Milton Village. Turn right on Wharf Street.

From Route 128/95 either direction:
Take Exit 5 B onto Randolph Avenue; northbound. Follow straight to end and turn left onto Adams Street. Take right on Wharf Street.

By the MBTA:
From Boston, take the Red Line outbound to Ashmont Station. Take the trolley three stops to the Milton Station. A few steps to Milton Landing.
