Why should I be your Real Estate Agent? That is really the question that is on your mind right now. You have plenty of real estate agents to choose from. What makes a good agent? There are as many opinions about that as there are people. Some say experience or number of transactions. Some the brand recognition or how big their office is. Or maybe it is the type of car they drive or country club they belong to.

The secret. I think the secret is you have to choose the real estate agent that YOU feel is the best fit for you. Talk about an open ended, touchy feely answer. All of those other things may need to be looked at so you find the the agent is able to do the job. But the real test is can I work with this person.

It’s all about you. My philosophy is to listen to your needs and focus on your goals. You pay me so you are the boss. I am going to be in your corner. I am going to be straight forward, professional, honest, and work hard to do the best job I can possibly do for you.

Service. Service means more than just providing the service that you you expect. It is about going a step further and providing the service you DESERVE. I work hard to make the process smooth and stress free. When everything is said and done I hope that we can work together again in the future. Because that means I took GREAT care of you.

Respect. Real estate has to be approached with trust and respect. The greatest honor is knowing that you respect me enough to introduce me to your closest friends and loved ones so I can help them. With that level of trust I am going to make sure I work my hardest to be deserving of your respect. Because you put your good name on the line I am going to be an extension of you.

Why should I be your Real Estate Agent? I want to educate you and help you anyway I can. Provide that level of service so you can go and make a well informed decision. Even if we don’t do business together! That way you will be able to choose the correct real estate agent for you. You have to work with this person and you are the boss so you need to make sure you get what you want and need.

Michael-I just feel that if you are not committed and loyal to your clients then how do you expect them to trust you?  Thank you for your kind words!

Tish-Thank you.  Next time you are looking for something in Central NC I will take you up on that. ;)
