Looks like a nice house. I hope it sells quickly. That's not too far off what the prices are here in Eugene, Oregon for that size of house, remodeled.

Great kitchen... nice one-liner "over improved beauty". Love it!

Bridget, Thanks for your comments, but in this particular neighborhood it would probably sell for about $260K-$270K. The seller was planning on staying here until he thought he could get a much larger home for the same payment he is making now. He borrowed against the house to make his upgrades and now cannot recover what he has paid. You probably haven't heard this before. :-).

The backsplash is a nice touch...haven't seen too many like that......good luck.

Bob - Thanks for visiting my blog. I wanted to pay you back a little here. You can improve this type of post to get better google rank by doing a little bit more with it. Do the following and you will see better results - mention the address within the post again.
